Luggage tags
For overnight trips, where hotel accommodations are included, customers must put their yellow bag tags on all luggage they plan to have taken to their rooms. You can request as many baggage tags as you may need (in the comment section) when you purchase your tickets. The tags will be mailed to the address provided during your ticket purchase finalization. All bags having yellow tags will be taken to your hotel room and picked up by hotel staff from your room on our departure. Hard sided coolers only, no soft sided coolers will be allowed. Small portable coolers, while permitted on the bus, cannot be tagged for baggage handling. Customers must carry their personal coolers and any other "non tagged" bags to their room themselves.
So that the bus driver can better facilitate the unloading of luggage at your chosen drop-off location on our return, you must write the two-letter location code on the back of each yellow luggage tag.
